Carole is responsible for designing, developing and rolling out our training programs. As an authority on effective learning techniques, she designs training programs that are engaging, highly participatory and practical. She works closely with the consultants to ensure that new systems, tools and practices are put to real use.
With over 20 years of training experience at AmLaw firms, she has been responsible for a wide range of learning projects. She has designed entire curriculums, developed all the program materials, set up the e-learning platforms and rolled out the training firm-wide.
Carole is excellent project manager with strong change management and technical skills. She is Prosci certified. She uses these skillsets as she delivers each training program’s objectives. In addition, she has a solid background in billing and financial management systems. This expertise is essential, as she helps our clients — both attorneys and staff — develop good “fiscal hygiene” and implement the new tools and procedures we develop.
Career background
Carole has spent almost her entire career working in or with large law firms. She began as a senior training consultant, at Productivity Point, leading company-wide training programs and rolling out new software. At McDermott Will & Emery, she held five held five different training positions, where oversaw a wide range of projects and initiatives. In her role as Practice Services Manager at Polsinelli, she wore many hats. Some of her key accomplishments are rolling out project management principles firm-wide, redesigning the entire attorney onboarding experience and conducting extensive training throughout all departments.
