Carole is responsible for designing, developing and rolling out our profitability training programs. As an authority on effective learning techniques, she designs training programs that are engaging, highly participatory and practical. She works closely with the profitability consultants to ensure that new systems, tools and practices are put to real use.
With over 20 years of training experience at AMLAW firms, she has held responsibility for a wide range of learning projects. She has designed entire curriculums, developed all the program materials, set up the e-learning platforms and rolled out the training firm-wide.
Carole is an excellent project manager with strong technical skills. Prosci-certified in change management, she relies on all her many skillsets to deliver each training program’s objectives. In addition, she has a solid background in billing and financial management systems. This expertise is essential, as she helps our clients — both attorneys and staff — develop good “fiscal hygiene” and implement the new tools and procedures we develop.
Carole has spent almost her entire career working in or with large law firms. She began as a senior training consultant at Productivity Point, leading company-wide training programs and rolling out new software. At McDermott Will & Emery, she held five different training positions, where she oversaw a wide range of projects and initiatives. In her role as Practices Services manager at Polsinelli, she wore many hats as well. Key accomplishments include introducing project management principles firm-wide, redesigning the entire attorney onboarding experience and conducting extensive training throughout all departments.
