We are uniquely qualified to help you improve the profitability of your firm.
If you are interested in a profitability improvement project, please fill out the form below. To qualify for the free assessment, you must have at least 50 attorneys and be considering a profitability project within the next nine months.
Assessments are conducted by phone (unless you are in the Chicago area) and take about an hour of your time, which is spent candidly answering questions in five key areas.
The outcome is a score indicating how well your firm is doing in the five performance areas. We will also assess your existing tools, process and personnel for us to build on.
